Personal introduction

        He was born on November 28, 1954. He is a communist as well as a first grade lawyer. He holds a Master’s degree in law. Since 1988, he has been certified for practice. Starting from 1992, he has served as Director of Heilongjiang Far East Lawyer Group Firm. He is expert in criminal defense and being as a government counsel. Since his practice, he has devoted himself to professional study. He is an effective lawyer who combines both law theories and practices. He is honest and realistic; therefore, he is greatly upheld by lawyers of the Group and highly praised by all sides of the society. 

        As the Director of Far East, Lawyer Liu Wenyi puts forward the development target for the construction of a provincial level excellent law firm with his innovative thinking and broad vision, aiming to provide clients with professional and efficient legal services and create values for clients. He advocates team spirit. He selected a group of lawyers with strong education backgrounds to commit their professional career in Far East in order to keep the continuous development of the law firm, and to grasp the pulse of the times and to stand at the forefront of the times all the time.
