Far East Profile

   Heilongjiang Far East Lawyer Group Firm was established in 1992.Its predecessor is Heilongjiang Far East Foreign Economic Law Firm.It was reorganized into a partnership lawyer firm in 1998.In December 2002,upon the approval of Heilongjiang Justice Department,it was renamed Heilongjiang Far East Lawyer Group Firm,which is structured as Heilongjiang Far East Lawyer Group together with Qiqihar Firm,Jiamusi Firm,Daqing Firm and Mudanjiang Firm,becoming the first large-scale lawyer practice organization in Heilongjiang to develop comprehensive legal services in the form of a lawyer group.

   Since its establishment,Far East has always been committed to the culture and brand construction of the lawyer industry and insisted in the direction of standardized management,decision-making democratization and case-handling specialization.While greatly expanding the scope of lawyer businesses,it actively strengthens internal management,improves various regulations and rules and is enthusiastic in public welfare undertakings.Being unique in the highly competitive lawyer industry,it builds a high-quality,professional and compound lawyer team and achieves good social.

   Through years of development,Far East now owns an office building with self-owned property rights covering an area of over 1000m2 and is equipped with Group program-controlled telephone,computer LAN,central air conditioning,camera,projector and other modern office equipment.According to the needs of business development,Far East has set up 6 functional departments including Administration Department,Finance Department,Criminal Business Department,Civil and Real Estate Business Department,Company Financial Business Department and Non-litigation Business Department.At present,it has over 60 practice lawyers and administrative supporting personnel and all of them have bachelor degree or above.Some lawyers also have professional qualifications or technical titles such as practice doctor,economist,accountant and etc.
